70 m² apartment: € 100,– (summer) / € 120,– (winter).

95 m² apartment: € 110,– (summer) / € 130,– (winter).

The 70 m² apartments are designed for 4 people, maximum 6. The 90 m² apartments for 6 people, maximum 10. Additional guests are charged per day.

Yes – a passenger lift goes to all floors.

No fixed minimum stay – for stays of up to 3 nights, a short-stay surcharge of € 50,– per apartment per night (summer) or € 60,– (winter) applies.

Yes, we offer a bread roll service in the morning for our apartment guests.

We ask that you order the rolls the day before. The order forms are in the guest folder. Orders can be placed either by phone or at reception.

Yes – however, it’s not included in the apartment price and is charged separately. The breakfast buffet is open daily from 7:30 to 10:00 AM, and the à la carte restaurant from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 to 9:00 PM. If you’d prefer the half-board menu in the evening, you can simply add it on. Just ask us in advance.

Yes, our wellness area (sauna, infrared cabin) in the apartment is open daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Yes – our indoor playroom has its own toddler area, plus a fun park, table tennis and foosball. It never gets boring there.

Just a few steps. The Aberg ski center is right next to the hotel – put on your ski boots, open the door, done. No shuttle, no transfer.

Yes, the Maria Alm ski school is right next to the hotel – for beginners as well as for everyone who wants to work on their technique.

Yes, our apartment building has a heated ski room.

The Hochkönig Card is included for all guests – it entitles you to free mountain railway rides in summer and discounts in the region, summer and winter.

Yes – the Hochkönig Card is included in the price, summer and winter. With it you can ride the mountain railways free of charge in summer and receive discounts on many leisure activities in the Hochkönig region.

Yes. The dog fee is € 20,– per day.

Not in the apartment – the pricing system works differently than in the hotel. The apartment price applies to the base occupancy (4 or 6 people). Any children above that are charged as additional guests per day – you’ll find the exact prices in the price table.

Summer

0–2 years: € 15,– one-off per child per stay
3–5 years: € 20,– per child per day
6–14 years: € 25,– per person per day
from 15 years: € 35,– per person per day

Winter

0–2 years: € 20,– one-off per child per stay
3–5 years: € 25,– per child per day
6–14 years: € 30,– per person per day
from 15 years: € 40,– per person per day

Summer:

• Short stay surcharge up to 3 nights: €10.00 per person/day
• Short stay family room up to 3 nights: €35.00 per day
• Tourist tax: approx. €3.25 per person/night (from 15 years)
• Cultural and infrastructure contribution: €4.24 (adults) / €2.13 (children 6–14 years) per night

Winter:

• Short stay surcharge up to 3 nights: €10.00 per person/day
• Short stay family room up to 3 nights: €40.00 per day
• Tourist tax: approx. €3.25 per person/night (from 15 years)
• Cultural and infrastructure contribution: €4.45 (adults) / €2.23 (children 6–14 years) per night

We apply the General Cancellation Terms of the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO):

Up to 3 months before arrival – free cancellation
3 months – 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
1 month – 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
In the last week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee.

Upon arrival we ask for a security deposit of €200.–

Cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The deposit will be fully refunded upon proper checkout.
