Right in the Aberg ski centre, you are exactly where you should be: put on your ski boots, take a few steps, and you are right in the middle of 120 km of pistes. If you prefer to head off-piste, you will find cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, ice-stock lanes – or hop into a horse-drawn sleigh for a romantic ride.
In summer, Maria Alm shows a different side. The mountains stay the same; only the pace changes. The Natrun adventure mountain has room for families, the Steinernes Meer for everyone looking for summits. And as a pilgrimage destination, Maria Alm has its own traditions: the Bauernherbst, the weekly village evening in summer.
